Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy applies to information that the Private Institution of Higher Education "Metropolitan Academy of Small Business (Institute)" (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) receives about the users of the site.

1. What data we process. Through the website's forms and during registration, the user transmits: name, phone number, email address, and the text of the request. The data is transferred voluntarily and with the user's consent.

2. Processing purposes. Communication with the user upon his request, consultations on admission and training, providing access to a personal account and educational materials.

3. Legal grounds. The processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" based on the consent of the personal data subject.

4. Storage and protection. The data is stored on a website server hosted on the territory of the Russian Federation and is accessible only to authorized staff of the Academy. The necessary organizational and technical protection measures are being taken.

5. Transfer to third parties. The Academy does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Withdrawal of consent. The user can revoke the consent and request the deletion of the data by sending a request to stam67@mail.ru or by phone +7 (925) 386-82-02.
